Refund Policy
Our policy is simple and built to be fair: cancel whenever you like, keep full access through the period you already paid for, and then drop back to the free edition. No lock-in, no clawbacks.
Cancel at the end of the period
Your subscription runs in billing periods — monthly or season. When you cancel, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. You won’t be billed again, and you keep full access until that period ends.
No mid-period refunds
Because you keep complete access for the entire period you’ve paid for, we don’t issue mid-period or pro-rated refunds. You’re never paying for time you can’t use — when you cancel, the access you already bought stays yours until it expires.
How to cancel
Cancel yourself, in a click, from the billing portal:
- go to your account page;
- open the billing portal;
- choose to cancel — it confirms the date your access runs through.
The billing portal is operated by Stripe, our payment processor. There are no dark patterns and no retention hoops.
What happens after you cancel
Until the end of your paid period, nothing changes — you have the full instrument. When the period ends, your account automatically reverts to the free edition: the public board teaser and the permanent track record stay available, the paid signals and intervals go back behind the paywall. You can resubscribe at any time.
Billing problems
If you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, a charge after a confirmed cancellation, or a clear billing mistake — that’s different from a change of mind. Reach us through the contact form and we’ll make it right.
